改善IE的功能。增添夜间模式，使弹出菜单保持出现。
1.希望让IE增加夜间模式，来保护视力、节约电量。
2.当我们点击某一菜单栏，比如说网页顶部的导航栏时，可能会弹出下拉菜单。但有时菜单不能保持，当我们不再按住菜单栏时，弹出菜单会马上消失，而我们希望菜单能够保持出现。这样我们才能选择到我们想要的选项。

1.We want IE to add night mode, in order to protect the eyesight and save power.
2. When we are browsing the webpages,espeacially webpages for PC,we click on a menu bar, for example, the navigation bar at the top of the page, the menu may pop up. But sometimes the menu can not be maintained.When we no longer hold the menu bar, the pop-up menu will disappear immediately.But we want to keep it show. So that we can choose the options we want. (Android and Apple devices have been able to do it already)
